Executive Coaching with Zac Mason — Palintropos Advisory
02 — Coaching
The examined life,in practice.
Executive and integrative coaching with Zac Mason — a practice grounded in genuine inquiry, somatic awareness, and the belief that real change begins with honest self-knowledge.
- Leaders who sense that the next frontier is interior, not strategic.
- Founders navigating the gap between external success and inner alignment.
- People at a crossroads — in career, relationship, identity, or purpose.
- Those who want to think more clearly, lead more honestly, and live more fully.
- Anyone who has done the external work and senses that something essential is still missing.
“Real change doesn't come from better strategies. It comes from seeing yourself — and your situation — more clearly.”
My approach to coaching has been shaped as much by the boardroom as by the inner work. Over the course of my career, I've coached and advised more than 100 business owners and leaders, served in executive leadership with a Fortune 500 company, and built and operated businesses of my own — at one point leading more than 50 employees across two companies.
I've lived the realities of leadership firsthand: responsibility, growth, difficult decisions, financial pressure, organizational complexity, ambition, failure, reinvention, and the often-overlooked question of what any of it is actually for.
Alongside that work, I've spent more than two decades studying spirituality, comparative religion, psychology, contemplative traditions, consciousness, and human transformation. Those worlds have become increasingly inseparable for me.
So while we may begin with leadership, career, relationships, purpose, money, transition, or a decision that needs to be made, I'm interested in the whole person sitting across from me. I don't believe our professional lives, inner lives, relationships, spirituality, and sense of meaning exist in separate compartments.
My work is less about giving you another formula for becoming a better version of yourself and more about helping you see clearly, listen more deeply, and recognize what may already be asking to change or emerge. The practical and the sacred belong in the same conversation.

Collaborative coaching
Zac + Keilani Mason.
Some of the most important work happens at the intersection of strategy and psychology, leadership and relationship, what is happening externally and what may be happening underneath it.
Keilani Mason is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington and Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with more than a decade of experience working with individuals and couples. She is the founder of Evolve Counseling and has advanced training in Internal Family Systems informed work, couples therapy, psychedelic-assisted therapy and integration, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and MDMA-assisted therapy.
Her work is deeply relational and informed by attachment, nervous system regulation, patterns of protection, communication, intimacy, and the ways our histories shape how we lead, love, and move through the world.
Collaborative sessions bring together Zac's background in executive leadership, entrepreneurship, organizational strategy, coaching, spirituality, and transformational work with Keilani's clinical and relational perspective. This is not simply having two coaches in a session. The value comes from having two complementary lenses available simultaneously — strategy and psychology, practical and personal, what is happening externally and what may be happening underneath it.

Client experiences
What clients say.
How do I describe or share about a series of life-changing experiences?
The end result of the weekend was that it brought me back to a part of myself that is inspiring and indomitable, a part that has the answers, or will find them, and can lead me into greater things, into wholeness and a fuller expression of who I am.
- The Awakening Retreat Weekend delivered something men are quietly starving for and did it to the fullest.
- If you're a man who knows there are things you can't break through alone, trust this process.

I've never experienced anything even remotely as well done as this. Light years beyond my expectations.
It was such an organic, natural experience, but still evoked a sense of format and structure, like there were guardrails.
- I learned about myself, I have more love for the men I attended with, I felt comfortable in my own skin for the first time I can remember, and I went home with new tools I can use.
- You're changing lives in a profound and meaningful way.

Love is the answer or the direction that I'm seeking.
Zac can teach without preach. His input and wisdom only felt like authentic sharing without any hints of condescension. Keilani, nurturing mother, so warm and welcoming. John, an exemplar of hardness can soften and still be strong. Tania, magnetic was a great word for her.
- Any part that felt 'imperfect' was 100% fine. Not following the schedule, great. Impromptu additions and subtractions, great.

Every ongoing coaching relationship begins with a conversation.
We will talk about where you are, what you are navigating, what you hope might change, and whether working together feels like the right fit. There is no pressure and no obligation — only an honest conversation about what is possible.
If it feels right, we will find a way to work together that suits where you are and what you need.
